Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba on Saturday directed the local district administrations to relocate the flood victims to safe place and provide them with relief items at the earliest, THT report.
Dozens of people have lost their lives and many have been displaced by the flooding due to the torrential monsoon rains since Friday night.
Prime Minister Deuba has called the chief district administrators of the flood and landslide hit districts and directed them to rescue and relocate the victims to safer places. Further, PM has called on to provide them with relief items at the earliest.
PM Deuba expressed condolence over the demise of those who lost their life in the natural calamity and expressed deep sympathy to the bereaved families.
Meanwhile, four members of a family have died in a landslide in Sindhuli district.
